Decorating with photos

Want to decorate your home with your photos, but aren't sure where to begin? Figuring out what sizes and how many to order can be very confusing. Here are several examples of wall galleries to give you some ideas on what sizes and how many portraits to get. I would be more than happy to come to your home and help you select a gouping for a certain space.

Here are a few more links for decorating your home with your beautiful new portraits from Photography by Kasey:

Session Info

Before the session:

Before your session, the first thing we will do is discuss clothing choices and options. I will give you some suggestions depending on the type of session you want. After clothing choices are made, we will decide on a backdrop. I have many colors of canvas or paper to choose from. Think of the mood you want for your photos. It can be anything from a moodier black and white to fun full color on color. You are more than welcome to bring more than one outfit. I love to switch things up a bit during the session.

During the session

Your session will typically last anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours. Make sure children are well rested and fed. I like to capture children as they are and keep the session as relaxed as possible. If you need to take a break during the session, we will have plenty of time. Sometimes those little ones like a little break for a drink or snack. You will be asked to sign a model release that will give me permission to use any of the photos for professional purposes. This will need to be signed for any sneak peaks to be put on the blog. You are NOT required to sign this, but I will ask:)

After the session

Your proofs will be ready appoximately one week after the session. They will be in an online gallery. I will email you the link and password. I will first email you to let you know the gallery is ready. I will wait for you to email me back with the date you would like me to post it. This gallery will be up for 10 days. You may share the link with whoever you want and they may order photos from your gallery.
Once your order is placed and paid in full, they will be ready for pick up in 1-2 weeks. I will call you when they are in.

Policies~The fine print

1. Photography by Kasey retains all copyright ownership of all images created as a result of your portrait session. Images may not be reproduced, scanned, downloaded, etc. without the express written permission of Kasey Hoggatt. Any unauthorized duplication or publication will be subject to civil and criminal penalties under the Federal Copyright law.

2. All orders must be paid in full before prints are sent to the lab for processing. Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card. Returned checks, for any reason, are subject to a $30.00 service charge and restitution for the service charge and order amount must be made in cash within 3 days of notification by Photography by Kasey.

3. Images will be stored for one year from the date of your portrait session. Reorders are available, subject to the current price listings.

4. Due to the unique nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds will be given due to changing your mind.

5. Kasey guarantees her prints 100%. If a print is defective, she will replace it at no charge to you.

6. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please give me a 24 hour notice, if at all possible. If your child becomes sick at the last minute, please call to reschedule.

7. No cameras or recording devices allowed at the photo shoot.

8. All proofs are shown in a 5x7 format. This will not be the same aspect ratio of an 8x10, 11x14, etc. These all have different ratios so your final print will vary slightly. As an idea, a full frame 5x7=10x14 (5+5x7+7). To make sizes other than full frame will result in a slight crop from the sides or top. Ask Kasey if you have any questions on how a particular photo will look enlarged.
